In the field of residential, educational and healthcare developments, Ritchie Midgley has designed prestige homes for high net worth individuals as well as low-income mass housing schemes of up to 2000 units. RMCE is currently commissioned by the Gauteng Department of Housing for the design of 52 new multi-storey residential buildings as well the refurbishment of the historic George Gogh, LTA, MBA, M&R and Jeppe Mine Hostels in Johannesburg.

RMCE design experience ranges from conventional building techniques right through to green building techniques, using straw, wood, cob, gum poles and other recycled goods. RMCE has in-house architectural experience and 3D modeling capability.
