Over the past 3 years RMCE has a strategic relationship with Paradigm Project Management through a Memorandum of Understanding. Together PPM and RMCE have co-operated on a number of successful mining projects ranging from Bankable Feasibility Studies right through to the execution of capital projects.

PPM's primary focus is in the management and execution of capital projects, particularly within the mining industry.

The company has a distinct advantage in its ability to appreciate, represent and champion owner’s interest throughout a projects lifecycle and across the contracting relationship. In this regard PPM applies itself as an owner’s proxy – through Value-Add-Office © - either to directly execute or to simply manage projects on behalf of the client.

PPM corrects the project industry's poor record in achieving owner’s expectations and performs in a variety of roles: direct execution, for and on behalf of, or complimenting, replacing, and strengthening an owner’s project management capability.

In the direct execution of projects, PPM is able to mobilize its considerable project management and engineering network to perform traditional LSTK, EPCM, BOOT or (preferably) alliance based contracts.
